Our modern conference centre offers everything you might need for a small to medium sized convention. The room is spacious and light, tastefully decorated, and there are many great facilities for you to enjoy.

The beautiful beach is right at your doorstep, offering a fabulous opportunity for a relaxing stroll in between, during or after sessions. After a busy day inside the conference centre there is nothing more refreshing than a walk, run, swim or bike ride on the long stretch of beach.

The conference room can be set up according to your requirements and the number of delegates attending. 

• U-shaped is popular for up to 30 delegates 
• Caf style works well for up to 50 delegates 
• Classroom style works well for up to 70 delegates
• Theatre style works well for up to 100 attendees

White boards, a flip chart, data projector and a large screen are all available for you to use - free of charge - while conferencing at Surf & Sand. A speakerphone can also be arranged at a cost of $150 per day.  Please contact us.
