Here at Surf & Sand Conference Park, we realise that people who are conferencing build up an appetite. We can organise breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, a BBQ and/or dinner on the premises or off site for you and your group.
Food and eating areas can be set up at the back of the conference room or in a separate dining area depending on numbers.
Continental breakfasts can be delivered to the apartments prior to your arrival or group breakfasts can be organised at the Conference Centre depending on your requirements.
Morning and afternoon tea consists of something hot and savoury as well as something cold and sweet, plus fresh fruit. The cost of morning/afternoon tea is $7.50 per person.
Lunch includes a hot dish (eg. pumpkin soup, butter chicken, beef stroganoff, chicken nibbles), a sumptuous salad, cold meats, bread, rolls and fresh fruit at a cost of $20 per person, depending on the requirements.
An increasingly popular option at Surf & Sand Conference Park is the conference BBQ. It's especially recommended on the first day of a conference as it gives people the chance to mix and mingle in an informal setting and to get to know each other better.
We provide all meat, salad, bread and rolls, sauces etc. Delegates can cook their own BBQ in our covered outside area. The cost for the Conference BBQ is $29 per person.
Delicious 2-course dinners can also be arranged at Surf & Sand, Please let us know in advance what your exact requirements are and we'll take care of the rest. We are happy to help you with a few menu suggestions.
