When is Surf & Sand open?

Our wedding season begins October through mid-December and February through April.

What size marquee do you offer?

We can accommodate up to 200 guests seated in our clear and white clip frame marquee. Our marquee is available in a range of sizes including: 10x15m, 10x20m, 10x25m, and 10x30m and includes:

• Installation

• Silkline ceiling

• Lights

• Dance floor

• RCD connectors/leads

What’s included in the wedding package?

Exclusive use of Surf & Sand property, Pod amenities (toilets, kitchens and outdoor area) and marquee (size to be determined).

  • Furniture items included:

    • Choice of round or rectangle tables and chairs + chair covers

    • Signing and gift tables.

    • Cake table (wine barrel).

    • High quality indoor sound system for your play lists.

    • 4x BBQ tables with umbrellas and 2x wine barrel bar leaners.

    • Installed outdoor festoon lights on bamboo poles

  • Two nights in our 3x Surf & Sand two bedroom apartments on the grounds (based on two people sharing in each)*

  • A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates. B&G room serviced.

  • Tea/coffee setup.

  • On-site Duty Manager during your wedding reception.

  • Post wedding cleanup service including removal of rubbish and recycling.

When can I take over the venue?

When booking the venue it is for a Saturday wedding to be inclusive of 3:00pm Friday to set-up to 1:00pm Sunday to pack down the day after the event.

Where can we hold our ceremony?

You can hold your ceremony on the beach, anywhere in the park, at TOP 10 overlooking the beach or wet weather option inside the marquee.

How does catering work?

We can assist with recommendations for commercial caterers that are mobile and self-contained.

How does alcohol/bar work?

You can purchase and provide your own alcohol/refreshments, glassware and chiller trailer. You must appoint/hire at least one dedicated Bar Staff person for the duration of your reception (first guest arrival to last guest departure). We provide a Duty Manager for the evening of your reception.

Is there a curfew?

Yes, music must be turned off at midnight. Guests departed by 12.30am.
